• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Recruit for technical and non-technical positions within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate offers, documentation, pre-employment requirements, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in the ATS/recruitment system.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress against agreed timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Mandatory: Proven recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience hiring technical, engineering, operations, and support roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS/recruitment systems.
• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and market sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC/UAE recruitment experience will be an advantage.
