Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across various platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in fulfilling them. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Promote company culture and employer branding through effective communication and engagement initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
