Job Description Fully involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, proactively sourcing talent through all channels used by the company. Recruit high volumes of employees while maintaining the position requirements and the company’s quality standards. Liaise effectively with other departments to achieve talent acquisition goals. Take full ownership of the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to: screening incoming CVs from various sources, scheduling and attending recruitment meetings and interviews, updating internal systems, advertising available positions across all pre-defined channels, and coordinating with external agencies. Proactively suggest and implement ideas or improvements specific to the recruitment team. Build and maintain professional relationships with universities and other talent sources, including attending events, activities, and on-site visits to attract top candidates. Drive initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and selection strategies. Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Internal Communications teams to identify the most effective channels and activities for talent acquisition. Consistently think outside the box in daily tasks, keeping the business’s needs and requirements at the forefront. Qualifications Higher education (university degree or equivalent). Excellent command of English and Bulgarian (spoken and written). Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in an international environment. Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with social media and other recruitment/business development tools. Proven team player with the ability to deliver both group and individual results. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Adaptable, flexible, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to support the team and continually learn.
