Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flint Group, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates to join our diverse team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with Flint Group’s values and goals.
Must have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels. You will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive, best in class candidate experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience as a high volume Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
· Demonstrated success in time management and organization when faced with competing priorities and deliverables to stake holders.
· Extreme attention to detail in all daily tasks and communications
· Hands-on experience with job sites e.g.: LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder etc.
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media & niche professional websites
· Proven experience in traditional and creative sourcing of passive candidates from diverse non-traditional sources
· Experience with applicant tracking systems
· Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Team centered and collaborative mentality
· Strong skills in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
· BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Create and manage job requisitions in the My Flint Recruiting Module
· Conduct intake meeting with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for successful candidate
· Create and publish job ads on job boards
· Expand relationships with professional and community groups to increase diversity of candidates
· Track and disposition candidates through the screening process, creating short list as well as pipeline
· Screen resumes and job applications dispositioning appropriately
· Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
· Professionally and accurately communicate status with candidates as well as the hiring manager in a timely manner
· Manage timelines for acceptance, paperwork submittal during onboarding process with follow-up and deadline reminders for candidates and hiring manager
· Track hiring metrics including but not limited to time-to-hire, time-to-fill, applications received and source of hire
· Maintain metric data base to be reported on a monthly cadence to organization
· Recognize and report on trends in recruiting and hiring
· Guide candidates throughout the hiring process including but not limited to background check, drug screen etc.
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
· Understand present, mid and long range staffing plans for the organization in order to partner to meet those objectives
