We are seeking a high experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for employing a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent with diverse backgrounds and experiences for our corporate & administrative roles. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the staffing needs of the organization. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and administrative roles. Conduct interviews and assessments, providing a thorough evaluation of candidates. Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to source candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records. Conduct structured, competency-based interviews aligned with company values. 10+ years of experience in recruiting of corporate & administrative roles. Strong knowledge of HR practices and, specifically, recruitment techniques. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships. Good knowledge of compliance with labor legislation. Fluent in English Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
