Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage the full-cycle recruitment process – from role scoping, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning, and position requirements, ensuring alignment between talent strategies and business objectives.
  • Own and optimize the hiring budget – track recruitment costs, maintain hiring forecasts, and ensure cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Manage variable compensation structures – collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure salary offers, incentive programs, and equity/bonus structures align with internal compensation frameworks and market benchmarks.
  • Leverage data to drive hiring decisions – track and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline diversity) to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives by ensuring compelling candidate experience and engaging talent communities through strategic outreach.
  • Implement and improve recruitment technology – optimize our ATS usage, explore AI-driven sourcing tools, and streamline processes for scalability.
  • Source passive talent through creative and strategic outreach – leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, and industry networks.
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and internal policies, adapting hiring strategies to different markets and regions.
  • Contribute to global hiring efforts – supporting recruitment across North America and collaborating on hiring needs in EMEA.
