We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in recruitment, basic HR knowledge, and exposure to technical recruiting. This role is suitable for someone eager to grow professionally in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, and coordination). Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Assist with technical recruitment for various roles. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate trackers. Communicate professionally with candidates in English and Arabic. Fresh Graduate (HR, Business Administration, Languages and Translation or related field). Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes. Exposure to technical recruiting is a plus. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong organizational and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition. Preferred Qualifications Internship or training experience in HR or Recruitment. Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals. Basic knowledge of technical roles and terminology.
