Description
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across our technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands the nuances of recruiting within a consulting or professional services organization. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring we continue to bring in people who align with both our business goals and our values. What You’ll Do Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles — from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through creative sourcing across social platforms, Workable, referrals, and networking opportunities. Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand current and future hiring needs, translating them into effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and internal teams. Develop and refine long-term recruitment strategies aligned with our growth plans and company vision. Deliver insights and analytics on hiring trends, time-to-hire, and pipeline health to continuously improve hiring efficiency. Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and culture. Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to align hiring with workforce planning and business goals. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a consulting agency or technology services environment. Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities. Proven ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet approachable style. High degree of discretion when managing sensitive or confidential information. Analytical mindset, able to leverage data and metrics to inform recruitment strategy and process improvements. Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a track record of quickly learning new tools, systems, and processes. Experience using Workable ATS (or similar) to manage and report on recruiting activity.
