Job Summary The TA Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate data, and fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, hiring managers and regional teams. This role plays a key part in delivering quality hires, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience, and supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Fulfillment & Talent Attraction Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both mass hiring (40%) and individual positions (60%), ensuring timely and effective candidate placements. Work closely with stakeholders, hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable talent solutions. Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.) to attract top talent. Conduct market research to stay current with talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Support employer branding (EB) activities as part of recruitment strategy to attract and engage candidates. 2. Data Management and Reporting Maintain up-to-date and accurate applicant records in recruitment trackers and systems. Prepare recruitment reports and support ad-hoc data requests assigned by the TA Lead, ensuring data integrity and timeliness. 3. Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration Collaborate with stakeholders, hiring managers to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process and contribute to an improved hiring experience. Participate in regional sourcing or talent-related projects in coordination with the broader TA team across markets. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or headhunt company. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Good in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
