WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial intake to successful candidate placement for entry-level to management level roles, or bulk hiring. Advise hiring managers throughout the search with candidate data and best practices
- Lead intake meetings, gathering requirements and understanding business goals. Manage and review any inbound applications
- Advise hiring managers with interview panel creation, ensuring we have a diverse and relevant interviewer panel for interview loops
- Collaborate with team members to source candidates for identified jobs, increasing applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising, and social networks. Leverage sourcing to balance diversity in the candidate pipeline
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, values alignment, and potential for success within 1Password
- Foster a positive candidate experience through the recruitment process by ensuring timely feedback, communication, and coordination of interviews

- Have a foundational understanding of 1Password and its priorities. Develop an understanding of stakeholders’ organizational structure, business strategies, and talent needs for today
- Have a familiarity with industry market trends and recruitment best practices
- Build and sustain a trusting and collaborative relationship with hiring managers and the leadership team providing guidance on all phases of recruitment (e.g. time to hire expectations, interview process, candidate evaluation, best practices, etc.)
- Participate in team projects, completing tasks and meeting deadlines set out by the project leads and Talent Managers
- Participate in group discussions and trainings to expand skill set and competencies
- Leverage existing dashboards to check personal metrics and metrics relevant to the search, looking for trends and areas for improvement
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $87,000 USD and $117,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
