ABOUT THE ROLE

At Agora, we’re growing quickly and need a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our high-performing Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You’ll work closely with our U.S. Talent and HR teams to find, engage, and hire top talent across roles like Account Executive (AE), Sales Development Representative (SDR), and Customer Success Manager (CSM).
This is a full-cycle recruiting role with a strong focus on sourcing and screening. You’ll lead end-to-end searches, collaborate directly with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate touchpoint is thoughtful, fast, and aligned with our culture.
We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for GTM roles
  • Lead initial conversations and assess qualifications, interest, and team fit
  • Own the candidate experience from first outreach through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive hiring outcomes
  • Write clear, engaging outreach and job descriptions that reflect our brand
  • Keep candidate pipelines and notes up to date in our ATS
  • Support interview coordination and scheduling when needed
  • Join debriefs and help move qualified candidates through the funnel
  • Contribute to final-stage steps like reference checks and offer coordination
  • Collaborate with the talent team to improve hiring processes and candidate experience
