Source talent using a variety of creative techniques and platforms. Manage the recruiting pipeline, including assessing resource needs, coordinating recruiting events, sourcing activities, and managing referral processes. Build and nurture relationships with local universities and institutes to attract top talent. Create, build, and maintain networks of potential candidates for future roles. Maintain clear communication with business departments, ensuring timely follow-ups on recruitment results and feedback. Integrate new hires into the company and ensuring they feel valued from day one. Create a positive and motivating work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and well-being. Ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives to drive company performance. Support employee welfare, engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with team members, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
