  • Five or more years’ experience across generalist HR, HR advisory or talent acquisition.
  • Strong employee relations and end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Operational, laboratory, mining or manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Knowledge of the Manufacturing Award is desirable.
  • Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
