What you'll own in this role: Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. Work closely with the People Operations Team and hiring managers. Develop successful recruiting strategies including job scope, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement. Serve as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates, building valuable long-term relationships with managers and teams to understand skills and culture needs. Advocating for candidates and building relationships pre and post hire. Direct sourcing/cold calling, candidate assessment, scheduling interviews. Participating on the global recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage candidate and work-flow and engagement. What you bring to this role: A dynamic recruiting professional with 2 - 3 years of high-performance technical recruiting experience. Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred). Experience sourcing and posting on LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience creating and modifying Boolean strings for sourcing. Passion for learning and following recruiting best practices. Must have a good understanding of IT/software skills and technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT/software profiles is a must. Must be open to work in Hybrid Model (2 Days from office) Ability to work in teams and autonomously. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to network to build an exemplary IT department for the company. Microsoft Office skills. Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security. Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy. Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
