About the role

As the go-to People & Culture contact for the region, you'll be a trusted, one-stop shop for local site leaders. This is a hands-on generalist role covering:

• Managing performance and conduct matters from the initial complaint through to resolution, with support and escalation pathways for complex matters.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment, from writing the job ad to onboarding new starters.
• Bringing local insight to workforce planning and supporting leaders through consultation and organisational change.
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation and industrial instruments.
• Helping leaders build confident, capable people management practices.
• Working with a supportive, collaborative P&C team to deliver consistent service across all sites.
