A leading construction company is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Dubai-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to take responsibility for sourcing and attracting talent across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activity across a variety of functions and seniority levels, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.

We are open to candidates with different levels of recruitment experience, provided they have a strong understanding of sourcing, candidate engagement and the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the UAE.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple markets and disciplines.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews and assessments.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand vacancies, requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and levels of seniority.
• Proactively headhunt passive candidates and engage with relevant talent pools.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment activity and pipelines.
• Support the development of effective recruitment strategies for UAE.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across different cultures and geographical markets.
• A proactive, target-driven and commercially minded approach.
• Previous experience recruiting within the UAE would be advantageous but is not essential.
