JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist II / Recruiter to join our growing talent team. This role requires fluency in French and English, and will primarily support high-volume staffing needs across Canada, with additional recruiting support for roles based in the United States. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for IT service desk, desktop support, and technical positions, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in French and English – both spoken and written.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and/or IT recruiting.
  • Familiarity with IT support roles such as service desk, help desk, and desktop support is essential.
  • Experience recruiting for more technical or specialized IT roles is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and familiarity with U.S. hiring processes.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. JobDiva, Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with global and regional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting a managed services or IT outsourcing environment.
  • Prior experience recruiting across both Canada and the U.S.
  • Knowledge of diversity hiring best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume positions such as service desk, help desk, desktop support, and entry- to mid-level IT roles.
  • Support specialized technical recruiting as needed, including roles in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or application support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and qualify candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer through start date.
  • Support recruiting efforts for U.S.-based roles, aligning with TA leads and HR counterparts in the region.
  • Ensure a high standard of bilingual communication (written and verbal) throughout the recruitment process, particularly in French-speaking regions of Canada.
  • Track metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
