Description
Your responsibilities will include: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening and offer negotiation for assigned roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build job descriptions. Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for key positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants. Ensure recruitment processes are free from bias and are fully compliant with company policies and regulations. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, utilizing tools such as Success Factors, Eightfold, social networking, competitive market intelligence, industry conferences and more. Provide market insights, pipeline health updates, and sourcing metrics to influence hiring strategies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leadership teams, ensuring alignment on recruitment strategies and project objectives. Participate in projects that enhance the overall talent acquisition process, driving efficiency, improving candidate experience, and delivering better business outcomes. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing and pipelining talent Prior experience managing full-cycle recruiting supporting multiple disciplines Prior experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry Experience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) preferred Passion and interest in leveraging social media and digital channels Ability to work in a matrix-centric environment Excellent communication working in a multi-business environment Ability to learn multiple areas of the business while influencing processes quickly and efficiently Ability to self-direct and prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities/projects and deliver results within a fast-paced complex environment
