The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in shaping our future by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across Indonesia, Southeast Asia (SEA), Far East Asia (FEA), and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). This position ensures that every hire reflects our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and diversity, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with Flora Food Group’s growth objectives. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across multiple regions. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hires. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets and best practices. Work closely with regional HR teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Champion Flora Food Group’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships. Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience that reflects our values of respect, integrity, and inclusion. Data-Driven Recruitment Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Leverage ATS and HR systems for efficient process management and reporting. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments. Strong understanding of recruitment practices across SEA, FEA, and ANZ regions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
