INSURITY’S NEXT TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

At Insurity, Talent Acquisition is more than just filling roles — it’s about building lasting partnerships, promoting our brand, and creating a high-impact candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our team and advancing our business goals by leading full life-cycle recruiting efforts across a wide variety of functions.
This is a unique opportunity to deepen your industry expertise while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll be part of a dynamic, team-oriented group that values continuous improvement, inclusivity, and transparency in everything we do.

What Our Talent Acquisition Specialist Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a range of roles — from initial intake and video-screening, through offer negotiation — ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Work with our Vendor Partners to coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of contract and system integrator resources, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition into and out of the business.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, resume screening, pre-interviews, scheduling, interview participation, final offer logistics, as well as on-boarding.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines, with a focus on attracting and engaging diverse, high-performing candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping to define role requirements, assess talent needs, and inform strategic hiring decisions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities, industry groups, and external recruiting sources to expand reach and brand visibility.
  • Support new hire onboarding by tracking milestones, communicating next steps, and serving as a go-to contact for questions or escalations.
  • Stay current on industry hiring trends, recruitment best practices, and candidate expectations to help evolve our processes.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A team-oriented talent partner who thrives on building connections and takes pride in matching the right people with the right teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, ideally in technology or a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to timely and clear follow-up.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities without losing focus or momentum.
  • Process-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to identify and implement new ideas.
