We are a dynamic, fast-growing organization that values creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. Role Overview: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar positions and a passion for identifying top talent to support iSchool’s expansion in Egypt and the region. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization. Source, screen, and interview candidates for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent in Egypt. At least one year of professional hiring experience, including working with an ATS. Proven experience hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and job boards. Work Environment: Collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work culture.
