Job Description Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT - (Contract or Perm) - Hybrid - (2 to 3 days a week in the Amsterdam office with travel to the Belgium office) - Must be fluent in Dutch and English In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier Software Test Engineers and Cyber Security professionals for our organisation. You will play a crucial part in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in these technical domains. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled Software Test Engineers and Cyber Security professionals Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and cybersecurity Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships and promote the company's employer brand Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in IT recruitment, preferably in software testing or cybersecurity fields Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and cybersecurity principles Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Knowledge of the Dutch labour market and employment laws (desirable) Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, REC) is a plus Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Full Time / Part Time: Full Time
