The Technical Talent Acquisition Team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver top technical talents available. You Will: Conducting all stages of recruitment process for internal IT team; Attracting the best candidates and building relationships with them for the future; Partner effectively with the Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition team and other departments to achieve company and hiring goals; Supporting employer branding activities; Create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches; Find and propose improvements in recruitment processes; Take full ownership of the recruitment processes. Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferably in IT recruitment area; Excellent communication skills; Proactive and can-do attitude; Proven knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate’s evaluation; Knowledge of IT landscape and technologies: programming languages, frameworks, tools, trends; Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines; Fluency in English We Offer: Participation in one of the most complex and challenging recruitment projects in the IT/Tech area in Poland; An attractive compensation and incentives structure, based on experience and performance; The chance to take the ownership and make an impact on the Core Tech team.
