REQUIREMENTS:

-Effective verbal and written communication skills.
-Computer/Social Media skills required.
-Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communication, or similar field(s).
-Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively.
-Previous Sales/ Business Development experience highly preferred
-Must currently reside in the Pittsburgh, PA region and able to participate in a hybrid work schedule

Responsibilities

-Develop techniques to recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals, which include several methods of contacting, such as phone/ mobile, email and social media outreach.
-Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.
-Prepare candidates for interviews.
-Negotiate and present offers for employment.
-Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client’s hiring needs.
-Manage workforce of Consultants throughout their assignments.
