Job Description We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist Junior to join our growing team! The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia. Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles. Identify and engage with the best talent on the market Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes; Take part in active massive sourcing Set up and maintain recruitment systems Qualifications 6 months to 1 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment Previous experience in high-volume recruiting Excellent verbal and written communication Enlgish skills Excellent organization skills Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia Passion for massive talent attraction and recruitment Achievement-oriented attitude Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company This is a site position, we require you to be available to work from our sites in Medellin: Tigo Sede Principal, Rivana Business Park Cra. 48 #20-45 Additional Information Full Training & Growth Opportunities Professional and personal development – for the right person there is opportunity for the role to grow in responsibility
