JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company in Malaysia, offering cutting-edge digital financial services including payments, lending, and embedded finance solutions. As part of their regional expansion, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across key business and technology functions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within fintech, tech, or high-growth companies
• Familiarity with hiring across functions such as software development, product, marketing, and operations
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and employee referrals
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
• Assist in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, social media hiring campaigns, and employee testimonials
• Support recruitment-related projects including process improvement and talent pipeline developmentStay informed of hiring trends, market insights, and best practices in the fintech talent landscape
