More about KMS Technology: Website: https://kms-technology.com Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/kms-technology Job Description Handle hiring requests including: Collecting hiring demand requirements: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demand requirements & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline. Defining a plan to fulfill the hiring requests. Sourcing: search passive candidates & approach for the right opening jobs. Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment form, etc. Oversighting the hiring process & progress. Offering: prepare the offer, call the candidate to discuss about the offer and relevant information, follow up with the candidate until the final decision made, update newcomer information on the portal. Advertising opening jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external. Supporting to make relevant reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool. Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities. Qualifications 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition within IT and outsourcing environments, with hands-on exposure to sourcing technical and non-technical roles. Experience in talent sourcing & employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, ITviec, Facebook, specialized IT communities, and niche talent groups. Experience building or customizing TA Dashboards (e.g., using Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or ATS-native reporting tools). Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mind-mapping tools (Xmind). Demonstrated ability for self-learning, high adaptability, and strong internal motivation. Highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions in parallel while maintaining quality. Proactive, open-minded, and autonomous in approaching tasks and solving recruitment challenges. High sense of responsibility, reliability, and professional ethics. Strong teamwork spirit; supportive and collaborative with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments. Strong networking ability and relationship-building skills within the IT talent market. Additional knowledge in digital marketing/PR that supports employer branding and recruitment campaigns (a plus). Responsibilities
