We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full life cycle of our recruitment processes. The role consists of: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our growing departments. Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews. Perform sourcing and publish job postings on job boards and digital media. Develop and expand recruitment channels. Partner with managers at various levels throughout the recruitment process Requirements Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment within an organization or at least one year of experience in a placement agency – mandatory. High-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory. Strong ability to drive processes, manage priorities, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields – significant advantage The position is intended for everyone.
