WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING TO US

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role, with a focus on international recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of LATAM labour laws, regulations, and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using /implementing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
