POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team focused on technology consulting and IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in the tech industry. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients in the technology sector.
Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their technology consulting and IT staffing needs. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and client requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology consulting and IT staffing, and incorporate them into recruitment strategies. Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.

Requisitos
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on technology consulting and IT staffing. Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and industry trends. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
