The Opportunity In this role you will: Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge Set the pace for quality candidate selection--from sourcing and screening to short lists and interviews Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent Expertly understand candidate motivations and expectations to ensure a smooth offer process We would love to hear from you if you: Ideally have previous agency or in-house recruitment experience (2+ years) Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems Are detail oriented and quality focused Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
