Role OverviewWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and shepherd candidates through hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers to fill roles thoughtfully — focused on candidate experience and quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like- Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists- Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback- Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health- Champion candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search- Excellent written and verbal communication- Bias for proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience- Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology
