Build talent pipelines that fuel Lucidya's growth

• You'll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, Strategy & Performance, and other business functions to understand hiring needs and proactively build pipelines before roles become urgent.
• Rather than reacting to vacancies, you'll help the business stay ahead of its talent needs.

Become the face of Lucidya for emerging talent

• You'll build strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and graduate communities across Saudi Arabia.
• Whether you're presenting at a career fair, leading a campus event, or hosting students at Lucidya, you'll tell the story of who we are, what we believe in, and why ambitious graduates should build their careers with us.
