  • Own the full hiring process – from intake meetings to offers, keeping roles moving and expectations aligned.

  • Write clear and engaging job ads and outreach – making us stand out in the right way.

  • Screen thoughtfully and give structured feedback – helping both candidates and hiring teams make informed decisions.

  • Support and guide hiring managers – partnering closely to define roles and adjust along the way.

  • Deliver a consistent, professional, and kind candidate experience – every step of the way.

  • Manage timelines and communication – keeping hiring on track and everyone in the loop.

  • Improve how we hire – always looking for ways to simplify and scale.

  • Manage our ATS (Personio, Ashby etc.) – keeping it tidy, up to date, and working for us.

  • Share market insights – from salary ranges to sourcing strategies.

  • Support our employer brand – making sure our tone and message stay consistent across touchpoints.

  • Prepare new hires for success – from keeping them engaged post-offer to being the first to welcome them on day one.
