  Improve how we hire – always looking for ways to simplify and scale.

  Manage our ATS (Personio, Ashby etc.) – keeping it tidy, up to date, and working for us.
• 
  Share market insights – from salary ranges to sourcing strategies.
• 
  Support our employer brand – making sure our tone and message stay consistent across touchpoints.
• 
  Prepare new hires for success – from keeping them engaged post-offer to being the first to welcome them on day one.
