Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions in Europe.
Collaborate with HR leaders across global locations.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, and make successful hires.
Share market insights to inform hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Lead diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment.
Maintain and train users on recruitment technology platforms.
Manage SRAM.com careers page and presence on social media platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with SRAM’s brand.
Generate recruitment metrics and insights.
Evaluate and manage third-party recruitment agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience; HR Generalist experience is a plus.
Knowledge of EU employment laws
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with creative sourcing strategies.
