Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Mass Recruitment is responsible for managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment of blue-collar workforce for manufacturing operations. With at least 3 years of hands-on experience, this role plays a key part in ensuring timely manpower fulfillment by proactively sourcing, screening, issuing offers, and closely following up onboarding. The position requires strong execution, high attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and effective communication with hiring managers in a fast-paced factory environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 1. Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and production leaders. Translate manpower plans into actionable recruitment activities with clear timelines. Provide regular updates, market insights, and realistic hiring solutions based on labor availability. 2. Mass Sourcing & Assessment Independently manage high-volume recruitment for direct labor positions (machine operators, warehouse operators, QC operators etc.). Develop and execute sourcing strategies through local labor markets, referrals, manpower agencies, job boards, social media, walk-in recruitment, and community channels. Maintain a continuous labor pipeline to support urgent and large-scale hiring needs. Conduct initial screening to assess work experience, shift flexibility, physical requirements, and job fit. Coordinate interviews, and selection processes with line managers. Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 3. Offer Letter & Onboarding Management Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documents in line with company policy and basic labor law requirements. Proactively follow up with candidates on offer acceptance, document submission, medical check, and onboarding schedules. Closely track reporting status to minimize no-show, late withdrawal, and onboarding drop-off. 4. HR Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate files, and onboarding records. Prepare periodic recruitment reports on hiring progress, fulfillment rate, and key challenges. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements. 5. Others tasks assigned by manager Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiences Minimum 3 years of experience in mass recruitment / blue-collar hiring in manufacturing industries Strong problem solving skills & time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with hiring managers, candidates, and external agencies Proficient in English communication Proven ability to source and close high-volume hiring within tight timelines Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management Good understanding of basic labor law, employment contracts, and onboarding processes.
