Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles. Maintain and update job descriptions. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Explore innovative recruitment strategies and represent the company at recruiting events. Support and coach hiring managers on best practices. Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Requirements To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Strategic Vision: Align recruitment strategies with company goals. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders. Communication: Clearly convey ideas verbally and in writing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel as needed to other branch locations or recruiting events.
