QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in any discipline with 3-years of relevant working experience.
  • 5 years of relevant working experience for candidates without the academic requirements.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to engage with stakeholders including candidates.
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organized, detailed, and flexible.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with working in applicant tracking system and job platforms.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will support the execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies, with a stronger focus on hiring for technology and engineering functions. He/She will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recommending candidates with the right technical capabilities, ensuring a strong alignment with business needs and long-term talent pipelines. This role requires active talent sourcing through various platforms while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the TA Partner, HR Account Manager/HR Partner, and hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned departments.
  • Post job advertisements to attract active candidates and proactively source passive talent through a variety of platforms and channels.
  • Conduct talent mapping to identify and assess potential candidates for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Screen and assess candidates to identify the best fit for each role; coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and TA interviewers, both virtually and in person.
  • Liaise with the Hiring Managers and propose assessment requirements related to the roles.
  • Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain internal and external talent networks to develop a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Foster and manage partnerships with recruitment agencies, search firms, educational institutions, and government agencies to support sourcing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including within the Applicant Tracking System, to enable reliable reporting and analysis.
  • Support and participate in TA initiatives, programmes, and events as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
