Our new Talent Acquisition Specialist will be will be hyper-focused on generating talent leads within the community. As a salesperson, he/she will be expected to seek out future “crackerjacks” who will be the perfect fit for various open positions across all Milliken Brands.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle, vet, and track all incoming talent and applications. This person will be in charge of initial talent screening and the coordination of all interviews throughout the hiring process. They will also be responsible for planning and attending hiring events/job fairs. They are also responsible for putting together and delivering onboarding welcome bags, and recognizing team members for their birthdays and anniversaries.
The person chosen for this role will need to work closely with the leaders of all departments to help determine talent needs, keep job descriptions current and accurate, and pass along applicants to our trades partners that we pass on.
