The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Duties/Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions. * Ensure a clear understanding of position requirements and expectations through recruiting kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on candidate flow/status. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, talent networks and manage full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions from entry to senior levels. * Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication). * Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders. * Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly. * Drive pre-onboarding communication, and documentation. * Work on niche hiring, campus hiring as per business needs. * Ensure great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. * Employee Engagement events. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. * 6-8 years of experience, recruitment in Actuaries is preferred. * Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search). * Good communication and stakeholder management skills. * Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
