Founders: Divyaanshu Makkar (Co-founder, CEO) Vikas Garg (Co-founder, CCO) Job Description: Role: We are looking for a driven GTM Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring across WizCommerce’s Go-To-Market functions including Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, Finance and Operations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to design hiring strategies, source top talent, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Responsibilities: ● Manage end-to-end recruitment across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Implementation/Onboarding, Customer Support, Finance and Operations. ● Partner with hiring managers to define role briefs and tailor sourcing strategies. ● Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus drives. ● Ensure excellent candidate engagement and a smooth hiring journey. ● Contribute to tech hiring pipelines as per business needs. ● Maintain recruitment dashboards and trackers to enable data-driven decisions. ● Ensure adherence to hiring processes and compliance standards. What We’re Looking For ● 5+ years of recruitment experience in GTM / non-tech hiring, with exposure to tech roles preferred (SaaS/product startup experience a plus). ● Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms. ● Ability to juggle multiple mandates in a fast-paced startup environment. ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. ● Passion for building high-performing teams and scaling a global SaaS startup.
