MobilityWorks®, is seeking an outgoing, energetic Talent Source professional.   In this role, you will guide candidates through the interviewing process and ensure a seamless interviewing experience. Our team works closely with hiring managers and has a high bar to deliver outstanding talent to the organization. What You'll Do: Essential Job Functions and Duties:  * Develop and execute full cycle recruiting plans for assigned regions * Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs * Determine applicant requirements by reviewing job description and job qualifications. * Assist with developing job descriptions and marketing tools for new positions * Maintain regular follow-up with business partners to determine the success of recruiting plans and implementation * Source a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need * Research and recommend new sources for recruiting * Convey company values and benefits to prospective employees * Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the internal offer process * Other duties as assigned   Position Qualifications and Experience: * 1 year of recruiting experience required * Strong on-line research and social media recruitment skills * Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency, advocating for candidates in an effort to source and hire the best candidates * Ability to manage workload in a constantly changing environment * Flexibility and creativity in recruiting efforts * Strong internal and external customer service skills * Strong decision-making skills         Skills/Abilities: * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software   Physical Demands/Work Environment: * Must be able to complete physical activities (walking, standing, talking, kneeling, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed * Participate in required company safety programs, training programs and PPE guidelines  MobilityWorks®,Culture:  We are an Honest, friendly, and professional environment with an outstanding reputation for family values and excellent customer service.  We offer:  Work/Life Balance –  Competitive Salary + Generous Commission plan.
