Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Retail Leadership and Entry Level Support Office vacancies
  • Partner with leaders across the business to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Build and maintain strong talent pools and communities to meet both current and future hiring needs
  • Provide valuable market insights to inform hiring decisions and strengthen our employer brand
  • Identify and escalate talent acquisition challenges or opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager
