Responsibilities:
- Source Talent: Identify, attract, and engage top candidates for a variety of roles, including sales, operations, and technical positions.
- Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screen and Interview: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and guide them through the hiring process.
- Manage the Hiring Process: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Market mySolar: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting mySolar’s values, culture, and mission to attract the best talent in the industry.
