About the Role We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s excited to connect great talent with meaningful opportunities. In this role, you’ll be more than a recruiter, you’ll be a trusted partner to our hiring managers, a brand ambassador to candidates, and a key contributor to building the future of our teams. What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruiting strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment process Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with top talent through multiple channels. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring managers in decision-making. Maintain accurate hiring data and provide regular insights and reports. Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous recruitment process improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3 - 6 years of recruitment experience (corporate or agency). Experience recruiting for Oil & Gas / IT services industries preferred. Exposure to both white- and blue-collar hiring is a strong advantage. Experience managing or supporting APAC regional recruitment. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS tools. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
