We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our passionate TA team and help us find, attract, and hire the talent that powers our business. You’ll be partnering closely with hiring managers and the wider People & Culture community, supporting our operations mainly in Finland, with an emphasis on tech roles.
While we support flexible and hybrid working, we believe that the best way to build our culture and make a real impact is by showing up and collaborating in person. That’s why we encourage our new team member to spend time at both our Espoo and Hyvinkää offices, where you’ll be part of a large and connected P&C community.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on tech and digital roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative recruitment support
  • Create excellent candidate experiences throughout the entire hiring journey
  • Proactively source talent using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and help us showcase why KONE is a great place to work
  • Collaborate with the global and local P&C teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals
  • Actively participate in developing recruitment practices and tools
