This position* reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Iberia, Africa & Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform in a key, visible role that is critical to the success of the organization. * Temporary position (6 months min.) On a typical day you will: Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain. Develop and update compelling job descriptions. Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards. Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks, etc. Screen candidate CV’s and job applications Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided. Assess relevant knowledge, skills, interpersonal skills, experience and aptitudes of candidates. Act as a central point of contact to build strong relationships with candidates and managers during the recruitment process. What You Will Need to be Successful: Demonstrable work experience as a recruiter (either as an internal recruiter or as an agency recruiter). Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews. Practical experience with different selection processes (telephone interviews, reference checks, etc.). Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) – Workday experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good decision making skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Level min.).
