Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s goals and culture. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5–6 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Financial services and IT.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and recruitment practices.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and management on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection, and internal policies.
