About the role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in driving Passion Dental Group’s recruitment efforts by leading high-volume clinical and non-clinical hiring across multiple provinces. This position will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of dental professionals, including Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, Associate Dentists, Specialists (e.g., Orthodontists, Periodontists), Front Office Staff (Concierge, Dental Administrators, Clinic Managers), and select corporate roles as needed. In addition to recruitment, this role will support strategic talent initiatives, including developing early-talent programs, building partnerships with post-secondary institutions, and helping design innovative recruitment strategies and talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs. What you will work on: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across Canada. Partner with Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, and the HR team to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including Dayforce Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networks, to attract top-tier talent. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Maintain accurate and timely data in Dayforce Recruiting, ensuring all requisitions, postings, and candidate pipelines are up to date. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness. Strategic Talent Development Contribute to the design and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business growth plans. Identify new recruitment avenues, including community outreach, job fairs, and professional events. Develop and maintain talent pools for key clinical roles to proactively meet business needs. Support the development of young talent programs, including internship, co-op, and new graduate initiatives. Build and manage relationships with post-secondary schools, dental programs, and professional associations. Networking & Brand Advocacy Represent Passion Dental Group at career fairs, networking events, and professional conferences. Partner with Marketing and Communications to enhance Passion’s employer brand and online presence. Act as an ambassador for the organization, promoting its culture, values, and growth opportunities. What we hope you can bring to the table: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CHRP or RPR designation an asset). 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in healthcare or dental recruitment. Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple locations. Proficiency with Dayforce Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed platforms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to the business and deliver high-quality hires. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive networker with an aptitude for business development and external relationship management.
