Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Peachy is a rapidly growing wellness company specializing in wrinkle prevention through FDA-approved treatments. With locations in New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, Austin, and Charlotte, we focus exclusively on providing top-tier Botox treatments administered by board-certified nurse practitioners. Our mission is to make wrinkle prevention transparent, accessible, and effective for all clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This junior-level role is pivotal in sourcing and hiring Nurse Practitioners and Studio Support Staff to uphold our high standards of client care. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare sector, and preferably within high-growth, multi-unit, or startup environments. This position is on-site in NoMad Manhattan.
This role is designed for someone eager to build their recruiting craft, grow into a true strategic partner, and expand their scope as Peachy grows. You’ll be supported with mentorship, training, and exposure to cross-functional projects that will accelerate your career trajectory in talent acquisition and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the process for Nurse Practitioners and Studio Support roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and CRM tools (like Greenhouse Sourcing Automation) to find and engage passive candidates.
  • Collaboration: Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align on needs and provide updates.
  • ATS Management: Manage pipelines, schedule interviews, send offers, run background checks, and communicate via Greenhouse ATS.
  • Performance Goals: Hit KPIs across sourcing, interviewing, and hiring timelines.
  • Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics using Google Sheets and Docs.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional process for every applicant.
